[users] can't open

Hi,
I just charged $12.00 to my charge card to get OpenOffice on Google. I have 
spent all day trying to get the program to open. After installing, and shutting 
down, I get an Error Message, that the file can't be opened because of an 
internal error. I didn't have the money to buy the CD too. I need the program 
and I need help in troubleshooting this problem.
