Thanks for that Harold.

Unfortunately, doing this not only lost the formatting but 90% of the
document as well!

I suspect that it's a dud-- the document (as well as the format!).
Nothing has been able to open it.

I'll have to wait for my correspondent to respond to my request to
re-send it.
