Sorry Cor, but I haven't found a link to the Mac version on the Dutch OOo website, and it isn't clear how to get to the servers from there... As far as I know, the Dutch version hasn't passed the tests yet. I propose to use the newest Release Candidate, that can be found at ftp://ooopackages.good-day.net/pub/OpenOffice.org/MacOSX/2.3.0rc3_20070911 (choose Intel or PPC, and take the one that has nl.dmg at the end of the name) Claudia, most information about the Mac version of OpenOffice.org is in english. And it is advisable to have a look at the installation How-To at the Mac porting pages: http://porting.openoffice.org/mac Briefly: • You will have to install a 'windowing program' X11 (that you can also use for other programs, like the image program The Gimp). There are different versions of X11 for different types of Mac OS. Do you have Tiger (10.4.x) or Panther (10.3.x). A version without the X11 program is being developed, but this Aqua version is still experimental. • Second step is choosing the right version of OOo: one is for the PowerPC Mac, the other for the newer Intel Mac. The How-To's explain all this in detail. Don't be put off if this looks a bit complicated at first.
