[users] export to Wort DOC format and images

There was a question posted a while back (in 2003!) on this list about a 
problem with exporting from Writer to MS Word 97 and up.  The person was 
running OO.o 1.0.1.  I came across this because I'm encountering the same issue 
on my end and we're nearing 2008 and I'm running OO.o 2.3.  Is this an 
aberration or are we still having this problem?
