[users] [moderated] YOU MUST GIVE A SUMMARY HERE

I have downloaded OOo_2.3.0_winintel_install_wJRE_en-US.exe twice and each time 
upon execution of this file I get an error message that the file is corrupt or 
incomplete.
Do you have any suggestions?
