So try this:
o Locate the original download and the separate files it has
unpacked into. (Run the downloaded file again if necessary to locate these.)
o Search the unpacked files. Instead of running setup.exe,
double-click openofficeorg23.msi to run this instead.
(I had an earlier version of OO (1.x) installed, and it worked fine.
Is there a way to download an earlier version, ...
I hope that won't be necessary.
