Have you tried reminders?

o Go to Edit | Navigator (or press F5). Keep the Navigator open as you work. (You can turn the list box off to make the window smaller if you wish.) o When you are at the position to which you wish to return, select the paper clip to set a Reminder. o Select the Navigation button in the Navigator and then the Reminder button in the Navigation window that appears. The movement controls now apply to reminders instead of any other type of item. o The up and down arrow buttons in the Navigator now become Previous Reminder and Next reminder. Use these to move around your document.
