I suspect you're sending the default ODF format and the recipients have only Microsoft Office. The solutions are, in order of preference: Get them to install OpenOffice. Get them to install the Sun ODF plugin for Microsoft Office. http://www.sun.com/software/star/odf_plugin/ Send the document in PDF or Word format.
