"Paranoia strikes deep...". I'm not a lawyer and these days I don't think
you can breathe without breaking some law but I really don't think you have
much to worry about if you use the font. You can buy the font if you wish
(about 30US$). All you have to do is ... dare I say it without being flamed
again... google for it.

I found another Arial Narrow on a Serbian Orthodox Church website so surely
that includes Cyrillic characters.

I tested the font on openoffice and all your characters are there. They all
belong to the Latin-1 character set so it's a good bet they'll be found in
most (normal) fonts.
It took me longer to snip this message down to manageable size than to find
your font, because of top posting. This is a courtesy to people who take
the trouble to come up with answers for your queries. All the info I sent
you I found by googling. If I can do it, you can do it. This is what my
commments meant. You got it but some other on this thread seem to have
attitude problems. If you don't know what top post means it's quicker to
stick top post in your search box than to post to this list.
