Hi, After a lot of consideration, I have decided to download your entire suite of office software.
I truly think it is a great project and from what I have seen your software is wonderful. I am not an office expert, I have to admit. After installing your software (I had no existing office software except for the standard notepad or wordpad programs), I was able to open a PowerPoint Presentation very easily using your software. Great... I wrote a quick letter using Writer and sent it to my mum via email, who has MS Office installed (I think MSOffice 97), however she was not able to open it. I've tried looking through your FAQ's, however I can't find an answer, and I know that your software is generally compatible with MS Office. How do I ensure my mum can open (Writer) documents, when I send them to her via email? (She has MSOffice97 installed on her computer). Thankyou, James Trotter
