You can download OpenOffice from here: http://www.openoffice.org/ - Click on the "Get openoffice.org 2.3" link - and then click on the big green rectangle that says Download OpenOffice.org - now click on the link that says "Windows" - and finally click on the "Continue to download" link There is nothing to buy and no registration required. Once you've downloaded the file double-click it to start the program installation
