Really? Do you have some comparison details?

Is there an equivalent to CUPS-PDF that can run on Windows?

Regarding OOo's PDF export; I like it but it doesn't even come close to
the configuration abilities of PDFCreator. Nor does OOo's PDF export set
up a virtual PDF printer that other applications can use.
