Many posters have disagreed with me on some points and some have agreed
on some points, but most have been thoughtful, interesting and
reasonably polite, particularly given the un-inflected nature of email.
I'm sure some posters had their tongues firmly planted in their cheeks
-- e. g. "outside the optimal e-list-user profile".
