I downloaded the program with no problem. However, I lost everything on my hard drive. When I resolved that issue, I tried several times to download open office again. I get the same message each time: installer corrupted or incomplete. I have dial up and it takes hours to download the program. It is very frustrating. Do you have a solution? I loved the program when I was able to use it. However, now I have files I can't open without it. God bless, mj
