For what it's worth, my HP Officejet All-in-One 4315 has a similar icon. However, I seem to remember that choosing the correct combination of settings within OpenOffice's Insert Envelope dialogue box was not as straightforward as it could have been. It's a while ago but my memory of it is that the fine-tuning of the address's position wasn't honoured at print-time.
