Lunimoony,

OpenOffice is also downloadable for free from the Internet. Its official
home page is www.openoffice.org. The address [email protected] is a
public (meaning that everything you send to it is archived and viewable
from the Internet) mailing list where other users volunteer for free to
give technical support to beginners.

It is perfectly legal to sell copies of OpenOffice on CD and/or bundled with
other products or services. [email protected], however, has NO
relationship at all with the company who sold you the program, see above.
If you have problems with that company about their service, you should
contact them directly.

As far as your question is concerned, if you write a second message to
[email protected] with more details about what exactly is that is not
working, it may be possible to provide specific help.

You may also want to have a look at the tutorials at
http://www.oooauthors.org/

Hope this helps,
                Marco Fioretti
