a) The metered data limits were listed in the very fine print. 28.8 KB users could hit them. b) Comcast, Roadrunner, and one or two other US Cable ISP vendors have data limits for traffic, but refuse to publicly announce what they are. Instead, they simply terminate the contract when the data transfer traffic exceeds a specific amount for two consecutive months.
