I think that the one, single sentence in all upper case letters was rather eloquent in conveying his feelings. The technique wasn't overused as the rest of the post used conventional punctuation.

Personally, I find conventional punctuation makes the text easier to read, so I might suggest that you could have capitalized the initial "s" of "speaking", but of course you can do it as you prefer and we will respect your preferences.
