I was using openoffice.org version 2.2 very satisfactorily. Suddenly I had a problem and the system locked up. I could not do anything and eventually uninstalled it. I then tried to download it again but although the system went through the process of installing , i.e. said it was running, but nothing has been downloaded. What have I done wrong, obviously I have been successful once in downloading the programme so why doesn't it work now?
I look forward to your help as I really like the programme and also because I have a lot of files written in this system. Mrs. J. Dimbleby
