I have recently sent you an e-mail with a problem. I was stuck in a loop where the system had crashed and although I clicked on 'Error Report Tool' I could not get this and when clicking on 'Cancel' to skip this I could not get out of this menu. Although a file had been recovered successfully I could not continue using the programme.
