I downloaded your product to my home PC: Dell with windows XP Home. I didn't get any errors during/after the download so I assume it was successful.
Whenever I launch Open Office, it goes thru an install / unpack routine. Is this normal - or is there a setting that needs to be made to provide a more autonomous startup of Open Office? Bob
