No StarDraw 3.0/5.0 ".sdd" files can still be opened in the current version 2.3.1 version of OOo (OpenOffice.org). Are you using the "official" version of OOo, or the edition included with your (fc8 ?) distro?
Both. On FC8 we are using the bundled version, but on Windows we are using the official version. The same error shows up on both.
Are you seeing any error messages and if so, what do they say?
Nothing in the system logs. A little window opens with the words "General Error. General input/output error".
If you have a non-confidential example file and you would like me to test for you, please send it off-list to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
I have a bunch. I will send you one. Thanks.
