Since you're running Windows, you'll want the Windows version.  After
you download it, you'll have to double click on the file you downloaded,
to start the installer.  This will take you through the installation
process.  After that is complete, there should be an OpenOffice folder
and icons in your Start menu.  You can use the icons to open the various
OpenOffice components.
