Hello Peter

I suppose you can make your own new dictionary, or edit an existing one.
Adding words is easy, throwing words out a bit more difficult...
OpenOffice.org uses the hunspell program, see info here:
http://hunspell.sourceforge.net/

The word lists are *.dic and can be found in something like
Library>Application Support>OpenOffice 2.3>User>Wordbook (on my Mac, similar
on a Windows computer etc.). They are plain text files.
