Mike: It _was_ working fine for the past year odd, but gave up the ghost 
suddenly.  So, it looks like _some_ corruption, although I am not sure if it 
is a corruption of the binary files, or of configuration file(s).  Strange, 
however, that I can change other attributes on the modify style menu....

If you, or any others can point me in the right direction, I'd be obliged.
