| Once I have the power point program in office is there anyway to open it | it Microsoft PPT???? | I know you can go from PPT to Office but can you go back?? | Thanks By default OOo (OpenOffice.org) saves files in the international standard OpenDocument (ODF, ISO/IEC 26300) format [1], which Microsoft refuses to directly support. The solution is to use the "File -> Save As..." menu option and select "Microsoft PowerPoint 97/2000/XP (.ppt)" from the "Save as type" drop-down list, ensuring that the "Automatic file name extension" option is ticked/checked.
