Its a buyer beware issue. I doubt its illegal, but personally I wouldn't
trust what the seller placed on the CD. He/she is simply trying to make
money from anyone who is unaware that OpenOffice is *free *download from
Openoffice.org with more links than you can shake stick at, tutorials
and an volunteer user group listserv, also free. Hopefully you didn't
pay too much.
