Hi, I recently purchased a new Packard Bell PC IMED 2412 on the 7/2/08 and I have downloaded the free open office from HTTP://download.openoffice.org/index.html, however, there does not appear to be any trace of it on the desktop? I tried to download it again only to recieve a message that it is already installed on the PC can you advise please.
