That's actually one of the better ones that I've seen. On that page at
the bottom you will find:

This website has no affiliation whatsoever with the owner of this
software program and only provides links to freeware and/or shareware
software, technical support and tutorials.
</quote>

And on the FAQ page:
<quote>
I thought the software was free. Why am I being asked to pay?
The software is free. You are paying for unlimited technical support and
so we can run the website. If you are not satisfied, you can cancel your
membership and keep the software free.
</quote>

Although I do disagree with some other items on the FAQ (Do I need a
high speed connection, DSL or cable connection?).
