I just downloaded openoffice 2.3.1 onto my PowerBook G4. Using OS X
10.4.11 I have X11 1.1.3 installed and operating since I use Gimp.
I reviewed all your support pages to understand why OpenOffice will
not start. I must be missing something. I checked video drivers and
other items on the install docs as well as what I could find on the
support page.
The application seems to want to start. the openoffice, file and
edit menus appear and then shut down. Any ideas?
Thanks
Tom
