This is almost cedrtainly caused by either your Antivirus (AV) software or your firewall believing the installer is a virus. To overcome it please try: 1. Disconnect your computer completely from the internet (pull the modem/router plug from the phone socket). 2. Disable your firewall and AV software. 3. Run the installer; you won't be able to register as you have no internet connection - just say "already registered". 4. Enable your AV and firewall 5. Connect to the internet; never leave your computer connected to the net if your AV and firewall are not both running properly.
