I have never heard of that company, but I would say that you have been conned. I recommend contacting VISA and stop payment to them. Then I recommend you go to www.openoffice.com and download the program for free.

Where are you attempting to pay? On the OpenOffice donation page, you're taken to a screen to pay via Pay Pal and IIRC even trying to pay by credit card will take you to Pay Pal. I hope you're not try to pay to buy OpenOffice, as it's a free download from www.openoffice.org. There are many who try to charge you for downloading OpenOffice.
