Thanks again for your help. A friend had recommended this program for a new
computer I bought just recently. Unfortunately, this compaq has Vista and I
didn't realize what a pain in the ass it was. After I downloaded the
openoffice, I was not able to open it, so I'll have to contact your support
department and get help.
I'm much more intelligent than this email points out, but am feeling a bit on
the foolish side at this particular moment. I will try to let you know the
outcome so you can pass it on to your future customers.
Well, good luck with it. Many others have expressed frustration with
Vista. Also, OpenOffice does not have a support department. This help
you get on this mail list is provided by volunteers, who simply want to
help others with using OpenOffice.
