  OK, thank you, that explains alot and I was not aware they were not allowed 
to make those charges. I should have taken a closer look. I will wait till my 
VISA statement comes in and see what I can do.
  Thanks again for your help. A friend had recommended this program for a new 
computer I bought just recently. Unfortunately, this compaq has Vista and I 
didn't realize what a pain in the ass it was. After I downloaded the 
openoffice, I was not able to open it, so I'll have to contact your support 
department and get help.
  I'm much more intelligent than this email points out, but am feeling a bit on 
the foolish side at this particular moment. I will try to let you know the 
outcome so you can pass it on to your future customers.
