What's the file name extension? It sounds like it's not .CSV.
It appears to be a file association issue. My WinXp system opens csv
files in notepad. If I want to open a csv file I have to select Calc by
right click| "Open with" or open Calc and select the csv file from the
file dialog. I just changed my system's file assocaiation for a csv
file to Calc. Calc has to use the import wizard to open the file. If you
think about it, a csv file is considered a text file, so one would
expect it to be opened by an editor.
