Jim,

Thanks for the link to the Quick Unicode Input Tool. I have it
installed and it works fine.

I also went to the bug report and added a comment that it is still not
fixed and that it is really more important to a lot of users than OOo
developers seem to think it is. If it weren't for the Quick Unicode
Input Tool I wouldn't be able to use OOo on Windows at all.
