Sounds a bit strange since the keyboard is NOT wireless... but yes, radio
frequencies can be produced anyway.

I believe the test determines that no more than X energy level is emitted
within a specified frequency range. All matter emits a broad signal
spectrum, it's just a matter of how much and where in the spectrum. (No pun
intended. :)
