I have just checked, and it doesn't happen in Debian Lenny. I can open a spreadsheet in OOo, highlight a cell, shut OOo down, open a text editor (in this case Kate) and paste using either ^v or middle click and both paste the contents of the selected - but now closed down - cell. I have just tried again in this text (KMail). Middle click no longer works (I had selected some text to delete it, and that was - of course - what I got on middle click). But I then did ^v - and lo and behold, there are my cell contents again: £39.21 HTH Lisi --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
