I started downloading Open Office 2.4 at 2:30 pm and before I went to bed I
checked and it still was only at 63.4 MB. 5 1/2 hours later I woke up to
find out that my internet connection was lost. Isn't there a simpler way to
download Open Office? I have Dial up and My Mom does also, hers worked mine
didn't! Please help! This is frustrating!

Do you have any other location with broadband internet access, where you
can download it to a CD or USB drive? Perhaps work or library? Failing
that, you'll have to use some method, such a Bit Torrent, which will
tolerate interruptions. Failing that, there is a list of vendors, who
will sell OpenOffice on CD, on the OOo site. However, we cannot vouch
for any vendors.
