I started using your program in November, 2007 when I purchased a new computer and this was on it. I am having difficulty using this and go back to word and other programs because I have been unable to understand the operation and it is easier to use an old program than learn a new one, although I am always excited about using a new program. I am also a quick learner. Every once in a while I get a message about downloading an update. There is always insufficient information telling me what this is as well as the the size and the time to download. I have spent countless hours downloading updates only to have them be unsuccessful. I get messages such as this program has been incorrupted. I am very dissatisfied with this. Today I started to download OpenOffice.org 2.4.0 and it is still only at 41%.
