Hi Sharon,
I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles downloading. You don't give us very
much information so it's hard to help you. The openoffice installation file
is over 100MB in size. If you are using a dial-up connection to the
internet this will many hours to download. If you are getting a message
about the file being corrupted (this appears to happen on some Windows
systems) you can easily find the solution to your problem by noting the
exact text on the message and googling the error message along with
openoffice. You will quickly find a solution that way.
