[users] Cannot download open office

[Foremangreen]

I have tried to download open office from the Sun website.  After over  9 
hours (I am on dial up) I got the message "download complete".  The file  is 
just 
over 80 MB.
When I tried to install, I got the message "NSIS error - the installer is  
corrupted or incomplete".
 
I repeated the download but got the same message when I attempted to  run.
