You should download from: http://download.openoffice.org/index.html 80MB is not correct. For a Windows version with Java JRE, the file size is 130076 KB (130MB) and without JRE 115657 KB (115MB). For dialup, I highly recommend that you use a download manager. This will allow you to resume the download when you lose the connection.
