The motion path animation was fixed, a slight problem preventing the return to the normal mode from the master view and possibly some other little things. So I guess that 99% of the presentation will be backwards compatible (unless you are very fond of the motion path animation of course :-) To be double sure you can still install version 2.2 on your computer in parallel to version 2.4 and make the compatibility test at home.
