Your table has the "page break before" property set, so that it will always start a new page, leaving behind any title that precedes it.
o Right-click in the table and select Table... | Text Flow (or with the cursor in the table, go to Table | Table Properties... | Text Flow).
o You will see that you have Break ticked, and both Page and Before selected. o Remove the tick from Break and click OK. I trust this helps.
