Thank you very much for the answer. After I do your advice, the table
can back to the first page, but... when I add new row in the table, the
row will be moved to the next page so... I try to add the tick from
"Allow row to break across pages and columns", and... my problem has
been solved.
Once again, thank you very much for everyone who has help me so that I
can continue my job.

Your table has the "page break before" property set, so that it will
always start a new page, leaving behind any title that precedes it.
o Right-click in the table and select Table... | Text Flow (or with
the cursor in the table, go to Table | Table Properties... | Text Flow).
o You will see that you have Break ticked, and both Page and Before
selected.
o Remove the tick from Break and click OK.
