Do you reall mean "openoffice.COM"? If so, you have the wrong organisation. This is a support group for OpenOffice.ORG. It is run by users of the openoffice.org suite who volunteer time to help others. If you really meant the ".com" version then you'll have to take up any problems you have with them. It also probably means you paid for the software when, if you had downloaded it from www.openoffice.org it would have been completely free - free to download, free to use and free to give to others to use. If your ".com" was just a typo and you really got it from www.openoffice.orgthen ... Did you actually install the software? The file you downloaded is a program that you need to run to install OpenOffice.org. Please see the installation instructions at http://download.openoffice.org/common/instructions.html Oh, to be pedantic, we *down*load software to our PCs. The web sites are *up* there ;-) -- Harold Fuchs London, England Please reply *only* to [email protected]
