Maybe you are very easily amazed.
The majority of bank users do trust the Windows system to do their
banking, and nothing bad happens. That’s a fact.
Can you justify your paranoia with some statistics about the horrible
things you believe are happening, or admit that it is just unjustified
paranoia. Horrible things that “might” happen on a less secure system
don’t impress.
This is the kind of ranting that makes people tend to disbelieve Linux
folk on every issue. If they are already prejudiced against Linux, then
this only confirms their prejudices.
Made-up example: “I’ve never had any problems with automated banking
under Windows, don’t know anyone who has, but this crazy Linux fellow is
terrified of using Windows for banking.”
