As one of the guilty parties, I fully agree that the level of OT debate has got out of hand. I also agree about not spliiting up the list by subject. There is an excellent subject based "web forum" (as opposed to e-mail list) at <http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/>. You can find a limited number of non-English forums at < http://user.services.openoffice.org/en/forum/listforums.php>.
