By the time they reach the list (well, me, anyway!), they're much the 
same as those I posted, with a  clear
X-Injected-Via-Gmane: http://gmane.org/

Anyway, it does look as though archived mails keep a full header set, 
whereas mail recipients miss some. Worth bearing in mind for tracking 
down spammers and the like.

Oh, yes, I know about that. My ISP (virginmedia) unfortunately 
doesn't believe in issuing static IPs - so even though mine's been 
the same for, what, 2 years or more, it's still technically dynamic. 
Causes one or two problems sending mail directly, which is why I'm 
currently using their mail server (also not without its problems.) 
But thanks for pointing it out.
